• You are responsible for all customer service involving your customer and/or the transferring dealer receiving the firearms dropship order.
  This includes:
  • Failed Background Checks by your customer
  • Damages
  • Product Defects
  • Warranty Issues
  • Wrong Item Ordered
  • Returns
  • Any other issues not specifically listed above
• Lipsey's will not accept any used firearms for returns or replacements. This includes items removed from the original manufacturer packaging.
• Lipsey's will not send return shipping labels directly to transferring dealers. It is your responsibility to obtain firearms to be returned to us.
• Credits issued for returns will be automatically applied to the originating order. If the originating order has already been paid for, the credit will be applied to the replacement order. Lipsey's will not automatically enter replacement orders. The dealer must enter the replacement order.
• The purchasing dealer is responsible for adhering to all state and local laws enforced on their customer. This includes validating that firearms purchased can be legally transferred in the state they are being shipped to.
• Lipsey's will not verify that FFL locations have agreed to transfer firearms on behalf of the purchasing dealer.
  
  It is your responsibility to validate FFL locations are in business, will perform the required background check and will legally transfer the firearm to your customer.
  • A restocking fee of $50.00 per order will be charged for all orders refused by the transferring dealer and returned back to Lipsey's.
  • A restocking fee of $50.00 per order will be charged for all orders returned to Lipsey's by the transferring dealer if the dealer refuses to transfer the firearm for any reason.
  • A restocking fee of $50.00 per order will be charged for all orders returned to Lipsey's due if the shipment is not accepted by the transferring dealer.
• Shipments cannot be rerouted to different addresses after they ship. Shipments must be delivered to the shipping address on the order or it will be returned to Lipsey's. Restocking fees will be applied to any returned shipments.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Dropship orders are processed Monday through Friday.
• All orders must be entered by the customer manually online at Lipseys.com or through API integrations. Lipsey’s does not manually enter firearms dropship orders.
• Firearms dropship orders can only contain firearms. Accessories should be ordered and sent directly to your customer using our accessory dropship service.
• Lipsey's does not sell NFA products through the drop-shipping program.
• Lipsey's ships firearms dropship orders to FFL locations in the continental 48 states only. Orders to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), and Puerto Rico (PR) are not allowed.
• Orders placed before 8 AM Central time ship on the same business day we are open.
• Orders placed after 8 AM Central time or on the weekend ship on the next business day we are open.
• Orders held for credit reasons are not guaranteed to ship the same business day they are placed.
• Orders must be cancelled as soon as possible. Any orders already in process cannot be cancelled.
  
  
• Lipsey's ships firearms dropship orders to the DEALER'S PREMISES ADDRESS ONLY as dictated by the ATF FFL EZ Check system. The shipping address on orders cannot be altered. Lipsey's will not change the shipping address based on instructions on submitted FFL copies.
• The complete 15 character FFL Number associated with the transferring dealer must be found in the ATF EZ Check system at the time the order is placed. If the FFL number is not found, the order will be rejected.
• It is the purchasing dealer's responsibility to provide signed FFL copies for firearms dropship orders when the FFL is not already on file at Lipsey's.
  • You will be notified immediately on screen, in API responses and via order notification emails if a signed FFL copy is needed for the order.
  • Lipsey's will hold an order for up to 5 business days. If the signed FFL copy is not received within that time frame, the order may be deleted at Lipsey's discretion and you will be notified.
• All firearms dropship orders ship Direct Signature Required.
• The prepaid shipping rate for all firearms dropship orders is $9.95 per order. If third-party billing is used, the shipping rate is $0 and you are responsible for all shipping fees and surcharges related to the order. All orders must ship using the prepaid or third party billing method, not a mixture of both.
• Firearms dropship orders containing only long guns will be shipped via Ground Service.
• Firearms dropship orders containing handguns will be shipped via 2 Day Air Service.
• Lipsey's provides a packing list and 4" x 6" printed insert containing all needed information for the transferring dealer.

Zanders Freight Policy Orders greater than $1000.00 of shippable product will be shipped FREE FREIGHT! Orders less than $1000.00 of shippable product are subject to a $15.00 freight charge. Orders less than $100.00 will be charged an additional $7.50 handling fee. To qualify for free freight, orders will be shipped via carrier of Zanders’ choice. When Zanders’ free freight policy is obtained, Zanders will ship orders based off of “Best Way” shipping. “Best Way” shipping could involve using multiple carriers for your order, consolidating multiple orders, or shipping larger orders with one of our trusted LTL carriers. If a customer requests a different freight carrier, the customer will be responsible for the freight charges. F.O.B. our dock for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam. Shipping Information

Free Freight

Sportsman’s Supply provides free ground shipping to our stocking dealers on shipments over $1000 in shippable goods to the contiguous 48 States. Free freight only includes transportation fees and does not include fees such as lift-gates, hand unloading fees, redelivery charges should the first attempt be unsuccessful, or other assessorial shipping fees. These fees will be re-invoiced to the recipient You may deduct the transportation freight charges when invoices are paid within terms. All other orders will be charged competitive shipping rates. Sportsman’s Supply will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.

Shipping Deadlines

Stocking Dealer orders will generally ship out within one business day on in-stock items. Rapid Retail drop ship orders placed by 1PM CDT will ship the same business day.

Carriers

Sportsman’s Supply ships by FedEx, UPS or USPS for domestic and international orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard FedEx Ground service or USPS. Please note that certain product that is classified ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.

Best Way Shipping

Sportsman’s Supply now offers Best Way Shipping! Simply choose Best Way and we’ll pre-rate ground services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on the size and weight of the packed order. Our system locks in the lowest rate and we even pass on our freight discounts to you.

Backorders

Backordered items will incur freight charges if the shippable amount is less than $1000.

Dimensional Weight

When the billable weight of the order exceeds the actual weight, we calculate freight charges off the billable weight instead of the actual weight. UPS explains Dimensional Weight here.

International Shipments

1. Certain products and brands distributed by Sportsman’s Supply are not available for export. Check with our website or your sales representative for details.
2. Sportsman’s Supply is not responsible for estimating, or paying Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, and or Brokerage Costs.
3. Sportsman’s Supply is not responsible for any product(s) held or seized by Customs or Government Agents: it is the importer’s responsibility to know and abide by all laws, codes, and restrictions on products ordered through Sportsman’s Supply.

Intercepting Shipments

Sportsman’s Supply cannot intercept packages shipped by USPS, UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost. While every attempt will be made to intercept UPS packages, there is no guarantee UPS will be able to recall, reroute, or change the ship method due to where the order is within the UPS system. A $15 fee will be charged for all successful intercepted packages.
